About Daniel
I am born and raised here in this magnificent city, have more than twenty-one years of experience with the Calgary Real Estate Board as a Realtor and was lucky enough to apprentice under my dad who has retired from Calgary real estate after seventeen years of helping clients find their homes. My real estate knowledge includes all kinds of properties, including condominiums, private sales, foreclosures, bank owned properties, estate sales, new construction, acreages, rental and investment opportunities. I'm continually taking courses to increase and expand my expertise with the Calgary real estate market in order to give my clients the information they need to make the best decisions about their homes.
Honest, Unconventional, Grounded I prefer to have a laid back, no pressure approach to finding your perfect home (until it comes to the negotiations), with a lot of information provided (yes I tend to talk too much). Having worked in landscaping and renovations, including my own home, gives me a broad knowledge in relation to properties and I am glad to offer some advice and guidance in your home buying and selling process.
